We’ve been on the phones, out on sites, in the depots, and in the thick of problem-solving when things don’t go to plan. Over that time, we’ve seen the very best of the industry — and, being honest, we’ve also seen where things could be a whole lot better.

Somewhere along the way, in between the long days and big projects, the conversation kept coming back to the same idea:
